Shipping and Delivery Policy for Astral Vapes

 

Postage Supplement:

At Astral Vapes, we cover the postage costs to ensure that you, our valued customer, benefit from the most efficient courier service without any additional charges. However, please note that if there are delays in the delivery of your parcel, we do not offer refunds on postage.

Address Verification:

It's essential to double-check your address, email, and phone number for accuracy when placing an order with Astral Vapes. The courier relies on this information for successful delivery. In the event of an incorrect address entry leading to the return of the parcel to us, we will issue a refund for the order amount, excluding postage (£4.50 for attempted delivery and £4.50 for the return, which is the charge imposed by the courier).

Shipping and Delivery Process:

    • Once your order is confirmed, paid for, and Age Verification is successfully completed, Astral Vapes will process it within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
    • Orders placed after 3.45 pm will be processed and dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive a notification once your order is processed and another email from the courier on the evening the parcel is dispatched.
    • Please note that if Age Verification is pending or fails, we cannot ship your parcel. Refer to our Age Verification Policy for further details.
    • Orders placed after 3.45 pm on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday (or the next business day if it falls on a bank holiday). Processing on Sunday is occasional and not guaranteed.

Once processed, the courier will deliver your package within 1-2 days (Monday to Friday) using their Express24 service. You will receive direct update emails from the courier. In case of a delay, please wait for 5 days before contacting us, as delays can occur due to various reasons. After 5 days, we can report the issue to the courier, but no postage refunds will be provided for delayed parcels.

 

Return Policy:

If your parcel is returned to us unopened due to address, email, or phone errors, or if it's cancelled, we will refund your order after deducting the postage fees (£4.50 for attempted delivery and £4.50 for return, as charged by DPD).

 

Cancellation Process:

    • If you cancel your order after it has been processed, we may not be able to intercept it before it goes to the courier. In such cases, we will still charge for the attempted delivery and return fees.
    • If you cancel on the same day, we will attempt to cancel it before processing, but our processing times are swift to meet the next-day delivery deadlines.

  • Delays:

    • While we strive for next business day delivery for orders placed before 3.45 pm from Monday to Thursday, unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, congestion, or industrial action may necessitate delivery date changes. In such cases, the courier will notify you and rearrange the delivery. Therefore, we do not guarantee next day delivery and do not offer postage refunds.
    • If your parcel is delayed for more than 7 working days, please notify us using the contact form. After 7 days, we will liaise with the courier to investigate the delay, which may take up to 10 days.

Royal Mail Service:

For Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands, Astral Vapes utilises Royal Mail's Next Day delivery service. Next day refers to the business day following the processing and shipping of your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

      • DPD/Royal Mail offers 1-2 Day Delivery from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3.45 pm have the potential to arrive the next day, although it's not guaranteed.

      • Utilise the courier's tracking service for a more accurate delivery day and time slot. While some deliveries occur on Saturday or Sunday, it's not guaranteed, so expect weekday deliveries only.

      • Orders placed before 3.45 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, while those placed after 3.45 pm will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

      • There are no deliveries on bank holidays; expect your parcel to arrive on the next business day.

      • £3.85 shipping fee applies, but delivery is free on orders of £40 or more, utilising the same service as described above.
